Cardless Cash Withdrawal is a unique and value added feature of Mobile Banking. The facility aims at providing further convenience to our valued customers’ cash requirements without requiring a Debit Card. For the first time, Cardless Cash withdrawal on AKBL ATMs will offer unmatched banking services offered by any bank in the country.

Cardless Cash Withdrawal transactions can be initiated from the following Mobile Banking channels:

  • Askari Mobile App (IOS, Android, Windows)
  • Askari Lite Mobile Banking

Cash withdrawal per transaction (in multiple of Rs. 500 & upto Rs. 10,000/-) Rs. 500/- Rs. 10,000/-

Customer can initiate Cardless Cash withdrawal transaction of upto Rs. 10,000/- per day in a single transaction or can generate maximum 3 transactions in a day with the total sum of transactions not exceeding Rs. 10,000/-.

Step # 1 : (Transaction Initiation)

  • Open Askari Mobile Application or Askari Lite Mobile Banking
  • Log in to the account with existing Login ID & Password
  • Click on Cardless Withdrawal to initiate the transaction
  • Select Account, Enter Amount, Generate OTP (one time password) and click submit button
  • Receive transaction Reference Number at your registered Mobile Number through SMS along with instructions to activate Cardless withdrawal process at AKBL ATM.

Step # 2 : (Cash Withdrawal at AKBL ATM)

  • Visit any AKBL ATM and press Enter/Accept Key to access Cardless Cash Withdrawal option
  • Enter the following information:
    • Reference Number received via SMS
    • One time Password (OTP) set during transaction initiation
    • Amount
  • After successful authentication, cash will be dispensed by the ATM
Who can use this facility?
Any Askari Bank account holder with an active Debit Card and registered for I-Net Banking can avail this facility.

Do I need to register separately for this service?
No additional registration required to use the Cardless Cash Withdrawal transaction. The facility is available to all AKBL customers who are registered for I-Net Banking services and have an active debit card.

Does Cardless Cash Withdrawal transaction affect my daily cash withdrawal limit?
Yes. The amount withdrawn through cardless cash transaction affects your daily cash withdrawal limit. For example, Classic debit card holder has a daily cash withdrawal limit of Rs. 50,000/-. If you withdraw Rs. 10,000/- through cardless cash option, your remaining cash withdrawal limit for the day will be Rs. 40,000/-.

I have performed a Cardless Cash transaction through Mobile App but no longer wish to withdraw cash?

If you have performed a Cardless Cash transaction through Mobile App and do not wish to withdraw cash, your transaction will expire at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) automatically. The daily cash withdrawal limit is not affected until the cash is withdrawn at the AKBL ATM.

I have multiple accounts with Askari Bank. Can I use all these accounts for Cardless Cash Withdrawal?
Yes! All accounts linked to your Debit Card are automatically associated and made available to Mobile Banking. Just select any of the current/savings linked accounts from which you need to perform the Cardless Cash Withdrawal transaction.

When is the Cardless Cash transaction expired/cancelled?
The Cardless Cash transaction expires automatically at 12:00 a.m. (midnight). If the user tries 3 unsuccessful attempts at the ATM, than the transaction is canceled automatically after 3rd try.

I have forgotten my OTP (one time password). What should I do?
If you have forgotten your OTP that was entered at the time of transaction initiation, you will need to re-initiate the transaction as the OTP is user selected and cannot be retrieved from the system.

I have deleted the SMS having Reference Number. What should I do?
If you have deleted the SMS containing reference number, you will be required to perform the Cardless Cash transaction again as the SMS cannot be re-sent due to security reasons.

When is Cardless Cash transaction effective?
Cardless Cash transaction is effective on successful cash withdrawal from the ATM.

Is it safe to conduct Cardless Cash Withdrawal transactions through Mobile Banking?
Askari Mobile Banking is secured with 128-bit SSL encryption which allows information to travel securely from our servers to your computer/device. Also your transactions are further secured using a Financial PIN interface.
